CNC Operator Role:

​

Job Description:

• Program multiple machines to accurately produce a range of products. 

• Set up and calibration machine accessories and equipment. 

• Load and unload raw materials and equipment. 

• Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed. 

• Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment and area.

• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required quality and specifications. 

• Seek out and identify continuous improvement opportunities. 

• Abide by company safety guidelines and meet deadlines. 

• Keep detailed records of equipment and procedures.

Desired Attributes/Skills:

• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.

• Proficient at programming using CAM software and setting up and running CNC machines.

• including VMC, HMC, and Lathe.

• Familiarity and skill with reading technical drawings and blueprints.

• 4th Axis Milling or CNC Lathe programming is a plus.

• Understands the different machine tooling types, speeds, and feeds.

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Attention to detail.

Stone Quarry Role:

​

​Job Description:

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as ski steer, track drill, loader, and haul truck.

• Operate wire saws and stone drills.

• Perform minor servicing and maintenance on mobile equipment as needed.

• Follow all company policies and MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

• Consistently complete daily tasks and bigger goals and projects.

Stone Fabrication/Plant Production Role:

​

Job Description:

• Maximize block, slab, and stone usage.

• Hit goals, improve processes, and maximize uptime.

• Grow to understand shop tickets.

• Set up machines for production.

• Help fabricate materials according to spec.

• Light maintenance on equipment.

• Consistent quality control.

• Operate equipment or use tools: bridge saws, wire saw, polishers, grinders, forklift, skid steer, cranes, and hoists.

• Other responsibilities may include: detailed finishing, rock-facing stone, moving slabs, and packaging for shipment.

​Annual income range: $35,000 - $60,000

​
